About Connexxa
Connexxa is the Relationship Intelligence Platform for the DACH region. The platform combines AI matchmaking, live networking, and event management in a single system, turning chance encounters into measurable business relationships. Connexxa serves event organizers, associations, universities, employers, and communities across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
The Connexxa app is the networking app for event attendees: it uses AI to surface the most relevant people to meet at any given event. EMO (Event Management Operating System) is the platform for organizers, covering registration, community, matchmaking, check-in, and analytics. Both products work standalone, but unfold their full effect together: EMO runs the event, the app creates the connections.
Connexxa is built for everyone who enables or benefits from professional networking at events: event organizers and agencies, associations and political parties, universities with alumni and career formats, employers running recruiting events, NPOs, clubs, municipalities, and creative professionals. Individual attendees also use the Connexxa app to meet the right people at the events they attend.
Products & Matchmaking
The matchmaking engine analyses attendee profiles, goals, and context to compute relevance scores for possible connections. At an event with 500 participants, there are 125,000 possible pairings — no human can meaningfully scan that volume of data. The AI handles this pre-selection and surfaces the few contacts that genuinely match each attendee's intent.
Connexxa fits any format where people need to connect with intent: industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, career fairs, alumni events, startup pitches, after-work formats, and closed community gatherings. The platform supports in-person, hybrid, and online-only events. The benefit becomes most pronounced from around 100 attendees onward, where manual networking starts to break down.
LinkedIn is a global profile directory, Eventbrite is a ticketing tool, Swapcard is an event app — none of them solves the core problem: connecting the right people at the right moment. Connexxa combines event management, community platform, and AI-driven live matchmaking in one system, with a focus on the DACH region, Swiss data residency, and measurable return on event.LinkedIn ↗Eventbrite ↗Swapcard ↗
